Tender description
The works to be undertaken will be as follows: Cutting of verges, hedges and green areas within sites listed above (10) cuts during growing season (May – October of each year) Litter Picking and Collection on each site to be undertaken all year round during the cutting season. Roadway and footpaths to be kept free from weeds and debris all year round. (Weedkiller to be applied twice yearly to control the spread of weeds) Paved area’s/stonewalls to be cleared of moss/weeds Flowerbeds and shrubs areas to be kept weed free and pruned at end of growing seasons. Any damage in these area’s to be reported to the Executive Engineer. All hedges / trees within the sites highlighted to be pruned annually. Trees with a minimum diameter of 600mm to be ringed and mulched, tree ties and stakes to be checked annually. Gravel area to be kept free from weed growth and raked monthly during the summer season.
