The Government of Jersey (the "Contracting Authority") is seeking competitive 2-stage tenders for the refurbishment of the existing sports facilities and the creation of a new sports hall and car park at Oakfield, St. Saviour. Following completion of the Procurement, the Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a main contractor (the "Main Contractor") that will deliver the civil engineering and building works (the "Works") for the new sports centre at Oakfield, St Saviour.
