Confirmation that a Contract has been awarded following this procurement procedure. Zero Waste Scotland required the services of a suitably skilled and experienced supplier to design, develop and deliver the requirements of a phased experimental Project in an efficient and effective manner. The Project must include the following: - recruitment of a diverse sample of between two hundred and fifty (250) and three hundred (300) households from across the Fife local authority area. - distribution of supporting equipment free of charge to each participant household. - provision of such information, guidance and templates to those households as are considered necessary and appropriate. - delivery of an eight (8) week fieldwork study, including randomisation of participants into one of two experimental conditions. - collation and presentation of all data and information to the Client in an appropriate anonymised format.
