The general requirements include the management and the maintenance of the day-to-day operations and the development of a strategic plan, setting out the best options to maximise the potential of the ducting network and telecommunications infrastructure on an impartial basis to make it available to technology and telecommunication companies, enabling them to provide and expand and communications capabilities of their customers (both business and residential) which in turn advances and supports the economic development of the county.
