eITT for the provision of cleaning and janitorial supplies Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12.00 NOON, 28 July 2023 To be returned electronically via the Council's etendering solution Pro-Contract hosted on the South East Business Portal Provision of Cleaning and Janitorial Supplies for New Forest District Council commencing 18 September 2023 3 years and 7 months term with optional 2 year extension subject to performance and business needs To provide cleaning and janitorial supplies to 11 Council owned buildings across the New Forest District Council area The sites include Offices Depots and Public Conveniences which are located across the NFDC area which also includes the New Forest National Park Sites are spread across the NFDC area, from the south coast at Milford on Sea to picturesque villages including Fordingbridge and Lyndhurst, the Capital of the New Forest and various towns of Totton including the market towns of Ringwood Lymington and New Milton All correspondence is via the Councils etendering portal ProContract hosted on the South East Business Portal
