Tender description

The Services comprise of the completion of a desktop study examining the various classes of maritime usage relating to marine environmental surveys, to assess their suitability for exemption, and how this may contribute to a more streamlined and efficient permitting system across the maritime area and also to examine the approach adopted in other jurisdictions, in particular across our EU partners and the UK with similar obligations and submit a detailed report on the findings.
