Consultancy for the Loch Lomond Basin – Scoping and Stakeholder Engagement

To address the biodiversity loss within the National Park, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park has recently launched the new Future Nature Strategy - a commitment and call to action to work with partners to achieve an inspiring vision: “A resilient nature-rich National Park, where abundant wildlife and a healthy natural environment provide a wealth of benefits through an extensive, well-connected living network.” A key part of this strategy is the development and delivery of Landscape Scale Nature Restoration projects. As well as existing and developing projects such as The Great Trossachs Forest and Wild Strathfillan the strategy identified the possibility of developing a new Landscape Scale partnership- The Loch Lomond Rainforest Basin.
