Communal Cleaning Services (Midlands, East and South)

Tender description

Orbit Group is seeking to appoint contractor(s) to deliver communal cleaning services in the Midlands, East and South region. The core output requirements include (but not limited to):- - General Cleaning tasks; - Litter Picking and associated tasks; - Dusting, Washing and Wiping; - Sweeping, Vacuuming and Mopping; - Lift Cleaning (where applicable); and - Chute Cleaning (where applicable) The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure's including communal grounds, offices, sheltered and supported accommodation as detailed within the tender documents. The tender is split into ten (10) Lots as follows:- 1. East (North) 2. East (South) 3. Kent (North) 4. Kent (South) 5. East Sussex 6. West Sussex, Surrey & Brighton 7. Bexley 8.
