Grange Castle Business Parks are made up of Grange Castle Business Park, Grange Castle Business Park South and Grange Castle Business Park West. The lands are owned by South Dublin County Council and managed by the company Grange Castle Facilities Management Ltd. Grange Castle Facilities Management CLG This framework involves the formation of a panel of suitably qualified Contractors to carry out construction works on a ‘project by project’ basis. The range of construction project budgets’ is circa €25k ‐ €1.5m but note that some projects may be larger or smaller than the limits set. The majority of projects will be ‘Upgrade and Refurbishment type projects to existing infrastructure’ type construction. Project locations will primarily be on‐site but may also include nearby satellite locations.
