STC Repairs & Maintenance Scaffolding Framework. South Tyneside Homes & South Tyneside Council require contractors on a framework basis to provide scaffolding for the repairs & maintenance service this will be awarded on the basis of Most Economically Advantageous Tender evaluated in accordance with the criteria as set out in the ITT .The Framework will consist of three to four contractors ranked in relation to most competitive price. The top ranked contractor may be engaged for the majority of the work & lower ranked contractors engaged to fill capacity issues. • The Framework will be used for mini competition for planned and programmed maintenance for both South Tyneside Homes & South Tyneside Council over the volume of £10,000 • The tender forecast is indicative only & STH & STC give no guarantee that any of this work will be offered Keywords: Scaffold
