Invitation to join Alternative Provision engagement session The North West authorities are starting a programme of work around Alternative Provision and aiming to improve quality and outcomes for young people. We are inviting providers to attend this initial session in relation to the commissioning of Alternative Provision. When is the session? 21st July at 2.00pm via Teams Invites will be sent upon registration. Who is the session for? Companies, charities, independent schools and other organisations offering Alternative Provision to children living in the North West region regardless of your size. Any organisation who could potentially be commissioned by the local authority or a school to provide Alternative Provision. This may include those offering full or part time alternative provision which is delivered face to face or on-line as an alternative to or supplementary offer to a school placement Please pass this invitation on to other organisations who may be interested. What will be discussed? We will discuss: • Our aspirations for the wider workstreams around Alternative Provision • How the North West authorities may source Alternative Provision in the future How do I register?
