Adult Home Care Neighbourhood Tender Lots 1 to 9

Lambeth’s home care service is being re-commissioned under a new neighbourhood model that complements the way that health, social care and wellbeing services in Lambeth are going to be organised around neighbourhoods. The neighbourhood model of care will allow for greater integration, continuity of care and use of community assets, to the benefit of home care service users. The proposed procurement of home care services will mean that in each of the eight neighbourhoods there will be one home care provider that will deliver all standard home care packages to residents in that neighbourhood, which we estimate to be 90-95% of care to be delivered. In addition there will be a Reserved Provider List for provision of services/care packages where a Neighbourhood provider cannot accept all referrals in their neighbourhood area to provide opportunity SME's to bid. The Contract will be for 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Lot 1: Lot 1 North Lambeth Neighbourhood Lambeth’s home care service is being re-commissioned under a new neighbourhood model that complements the way that health, social care and wellbeing services in Lambeth are going to be organised around neighbourhoods, as part of Lambeth Together Strategies. There are currently Approx. 138,413 hours of care currently delivered in North Lambeth Neighbourhood amounting to Approx. total £2,768,260 PA or £19,337,820 for duration of contract including extensions (5 + 2 years) Additional information: Bidders can bid for all 9 Lots, but will be awarded only one Lot/contract. Lot 2: Lot 2 Clapham Common/Brixton Hill Neighbourhood Lambeth’s home care service is being re-commissioned under a new neighbourhood model that complements the way that health, social care and wellbeing services in Lambeth are going to be organised around neighbourhoods, as part of Lambeth Together Strategies. There are currently Approx. 138,413 hours of care currently delivered in Clapham Common/Brixton Hill Neighbourhood amounting to Approx. £2,480,100 or £17,360,700 for duration of contract (5 + 2 years) Additional information: Bidders can bid for all 9 Lots, but will be awarded only one Lot/contract. Lot 3: Lot 3 Clapham Town Neighbourhood Lambeth’s home care service is being re-commissioned under a new neighbourhood model that complements the way that health, social care and wellbeing services in Lambeth are going to be organised around neighbourhoods, as part of Lambeth Together Strategies. There are currently Approx. 138,413 hours of care currently delivered in Clapham Town Neighbourhood amounting to Approx. £2,520,620 or £17,644,340 for duration of contract (5 + 2 years) Additional information: Bidders can bid for all 9 Lots, but will be awarded only one Lot/contract. Lot 4: Lot 4 Myatt's Field/Brixton North Neighbourhood Lambeth’s home care service is being re-commissioned under a new neighbourhood model that complements the way that health, social care and wellbeing services in Lambeth are going to be organised around neighbourhoods, as part of Lambeth Together Strategies. There are currently Approx. 138,413 hours of care currently delivered in Myatt's Field/Brixton North Neighbourhood amounting to Approx. £3,545,540 or £24,818,780 for duration of contract (5 + 2 years) Additional information: Bidders can bid for all 9 Lots, but will be awarded only one Lot/contract. Lot 5: Lot 5 Dulwich Wood/Gipsy Hill Neighbourhood Lambeth’s home care service is being re-commissioned under a new neighbourhood model that complements the way that health, social care and wellbeing services in Lambeth are going to be organised around neighbourhoods, as part of Lambeth Together Strategies. There are currently Approx. 138,413 hours of care currently delivered in Dulwich Wood/Gipsy Hill Neighbourhood amounting to Approx. £3,212,240 or £22,485.680 for duration of contract (5 + 2 years) Additional information: Bidders can bid for all 9 Lots, but will be awarded only one Lot/contract. Lot 6: Lot 6 Herne Hill Neighbourhood Lambeth’s home care service is being re-commissioned under a new neighbourhood model that complements the way that health, social care and wellbeing services in Lambeth are going to be organised around neighbourhoods, as part of Lambeth Together Strategies. There are currently Approx. 138,413 hours of care currently delivered in Herne Hill Neighbourhood amounting to Approx. £2,558,400 or £17,908,800 for duration of contract (5 + 2 years) Additional information: Bidders can bid for all 9 Lots, but will be awarded only one Lot/contract. Lot 7: Lot 7 Oval/Stockwell Neighbourhood Lambeth’s home care service is being re-commissioned under a new neighbourhood model that complements the way that health, social care and wellbeing services in Lambeth are going to be organised around neighbourhoods, as part of Lambeth Together Strategies. There are currently Approx. 138,413 hours of care currently delivered in Oval/Stockwell Neighbourhood amounting to Approx. £3,852,160 or £26,965,120 for duration of contract (5 + 2 years) Additional information: Bidders can bid for all 9 Lots, but will be awarded only one Lot/contract. Lot 8: Lot 8 Streatham Hill/Streatham South Neighbourhood Lambeth’s home care service is being re-commissioned under a new neighbourhood model that complements the way that health, social care and wellbeing services in Lambeth are going to be organised around neighbourhoods, as part of Lambeth Together Strategies. There are currently Approx. 138,413 hours of care currently delivered in Streatham Hill/Streatham South Neighbourhood amounting to Approx. £3,983,940 or £27,887,580 for duration of contract (5 + 2 years) Additional information: Bidders can bid for all 9 Lots, but will be awarded only one Lot/contract. Lot 9: Lot 9 Reserve Provider List In addition to the 8 Neigbourhood based Lots/Contracts there will be a Reserved Provider List, Lot 9.Reserve Provider List will be ustilised for provision of services/care packages where a Neighbourhood provider cannot accept all referrals in their neighbourhood area. In addition the list will provide opportunities for smaller and medium size enterprise to bid. There will be no guarantee of work, with individual care packages being brokered as needed. Approx. value is between £1.2 to £2.4 mil per year or maximum total £12.6 mil. Additional information: Bidders can bid for all 9 Lots, but will be awarded only one Lot/contract.
