This pre-tender market engagement initiative has been published to assess levels of market interest with respect to the operation and maintenance of Network Rail's fleet of seasonal treatment trains. Lot 1: The Services provided by the supplier to Network Rail shall comprise the operation, maintenance, haulage (where appropriate), management, replenishment (where applicable) planning and delivery of Seasonal Treatment.
