Tender description
In 2018 the West of England Combined Authority, which includes collaboration with Bristol City Council, North Somerset Council, South Gloucestershire Council and Bath and North East Somerset Council, procured a four-year Professional Services Framework Agreement to support the regionals infrastructure projects. The current Framework has been vital in progressing business cases for the CRSTS Programme across the West of England Combined Authority, Unitary Authorities and in fulfilling a range of business-as-usual professional services functions and providing key professional resources to all of the Authorities. The Framework expires 31st December 2023 and so this procurement is for the renewal of the agreement, which is anticipated to run for another four years. Lot 1: For procurements valued between £0.00 to £999,000,000.00 This lot will incorporate a range of specialisms which will include but not be limited to: Health & Safety, Master Planning, Waste Management & Strategy, Surveys / Ground Investigation, Flood Services, Environmental Impact Assessment, Public Inquiries, Transport Modelling, Transport Data Collection, Travel Planning & Smarter Choices, Programme / Project / Work Package Management & Scheme Implementation, Transport Development, Public Consultation, Engagement & Communication, Transport Policy, Passenger Transport, Traffic Management Services, Transport Scheme Audits, Traffic Signal Engineering Services, Highway Improvement Work, Development Services, Street Lighting Design, Structural Engineering Support Services, Asset Management, Highway Maintenance, Drainage Design, Legislative and Technical Advice, Green Infrastructure, Air Quality, Transport Consultation Responses, Demand Management, New Technology, Freight, Road Safety, Feasibility & Business Case Production, Construction Project and Programme Management including Quantity Surveying and Cost Services. Lot 2: For commissions valued between £0.00 to £100,000.00 The West of England Combined Authority would like to incorporate a second lot into the Professional Services Framework which would be suitable and accessible by Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). To enable this, the second lot will be reserved for procurements valued between £0.00 and £100,000.00.
