User Researcher Recruitment Partner (RFI)

Tender description

The Social Security Directorate within Scottish Government is seeking a Service Provider who can recruit participants for user research and will manage the payment of incentives to those participants. The release of the Prior Information Notice as a Request for Information (RFI) is to seek further information from potential suppliers in developing its strategy. To meet the demands of the Social Security Programme, Scottish Government require access to a network of recruiters who can support this work by providing access to user research participants and have the resources to manage the process of engaging participants in user research. To address this, there is a requirement to seek assistance from an external Service Provider. This exercise is being carried out in advance of any future procurement exercise. It is not a pre-qualification or tendering exercise. This notice has been created of the purposes of seeking information from the marker place regarding our requirements and should not be treated as a prior information notice (PIN).
