Title: Domestic Abuse Services - Rochdale Market Engagement Event: 11 July 2023, 9.30am-11.30am. Venue: Rochdale Training and Conference Centre Rochdale Borough Council Number One Riverside Smith Street Rochdale, OL16 1XU. Directions: Please see Message Thread 1.1 Attendees are required to report to the Reception Desk on the Ground Floor and wait to be escorted to the conference room. Please note that this is not a call for competition. This is an invitation to attend a market engagement event undertaken by Rochdale Council. The purpose of this market engagement event is: • to provide an overview of the current identified needs in relation to domestic abuse in Rochdale Borough. • to outline the new integrated model for specialist domestic abuse services in Rochdale Borough. • to outline how the forthcoming procurement process will be structured and provide an overview of how the tender process will work, timescales, and social value. • to provide the opportunity to ask any initial clarification questions. • to facilitate potential provider collaboration and networking. Anticipated contract commencement date: 1st April 2024. Duration: 3 years with an option to extend for up to a period of 24 months subject to availability of funding and performance. The maximum annual contract value for this contract is estimated to be in the region of £920,000. Estimated total contract value: £4,600,000 (Years 1 to 5). Note that any contract awarded following any tender process will be subject solely to Rochdale Council’s Terms and Conditions. We are therefore seeking expressions of interest from participants with the relevant expertise and experience to assist us in determining the feasibility of this project. This Market Engagement Event will include a presentation by Rochdale Council commissioners, STAR Procurement, and the Social Value Portal. Due to the constraints of space, we can only allow a maximum of 2 attendees per organisation to this event.
