The provision and management of a Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform

Medway Council are looking to commission an organisation to provide and manage a Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform. This platform will in essence, act as the digital front door for the local Family Hubs and Start for Life offer in Medway. Due to the tight timeframe we are looking for an organisation that already has a pre developed digital platform that can be tailored to fit the family hubs and start for life local offer. This is a two-year piece of work that will need to be quickly established with the ability to tailor to local need/services, this should include the ability to quickly see what services are available locally, connect with those services and pre book onto activities where applicable. There are specific requirements and timelines for delivering against aspects of the programme as set out in the Family Hubs and Start for Life framework and service expectations. We are looking for an organisation who can take ownership for providing and managing the Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform. Broadly the organisation will be asked to deliver the below:? 1. Tailor their existing digital platform for the Family Hubs and Start for Life programme in Medway. 2. Provide local training on managing the digital platform to ensure families can connect with local activities and services.? 3. Be fully accessible, including the ability to present the platform in multiple languages. 4. The ability to manage and make changes locally. 5. Provide ongoing support to adapt and amend the platform as needed. Delivering the Family Hubs and Start for Life digital platform will provide a central space and access point for individuals and families to access to local Family Hubs and Start for Life offer.
