Tender for provision of Financial Management System (FMS) and Related Services

Tender description

The Electoral Commission invites tenders from suitable organizations for the provision, implementation and support of an integrated financial management system for the newly established organisation. The system should incorporate automated processes, electronic workflows integrated with email, document management and payments, and flexible management reporting. The services required fall under three main headings: 1. Provision and implementation of a Financial Management System. 2. Implementation of software, set up of and configuration of systems and staff training to provide and maintain the financial system in accordance with the criteria set out in this document. 3. Provision of Post Implementation Support for a period of three years with the option to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to twelve (12) months, with a maximum of two (2) such extension or extensions.
