Targeted Enforcement of Blue Badge Misuse (Pilot)

Tender description

The London Borough of Sutton (“the Council”) works in partnership with third parties to undertake targeted enforcement of the misuse of blue badges and successful warning and prosecution of offenders. The Council is seeking quotations from competent organisations to carry out targeted enforcement of the misuse of blue badges and prepare legal files, for the Council to authorise for court proceedings, through the Council’s legal team, to enable successful prosecution of offenders. The initial contract will be for a duration of twelve (12) months with an option to extend for a further twelve (12) months at the discretion of Sutton Council. The Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory, partnership, social enterprise, consortium, mutual and private sector providers. This list is not exhaustible and encourages a range of organisations regardless of size, to apply for this provision.
