Nottingham City Council Housing Services are looking to appoint a supplier of general building materials including but not limited the below items: Ventilation · Bricks, Blocks, Kerbs & Slabs · Aggregates & Cement · Clay Drainage · Inspection Covers/Gullies · Plastering Materials · Roofing Materials · Miscellaneous Materials Our operatives and engineers work in the North, South, East and West of the City of Nottingham, so it is essential that they have easy access to materials as locally as possible to complete all planned maintenance or responsive repairs. These materials need to be available at the right time to provide efficiency of time for engineers and a first time fix for tenants. Suppliers should be capable of supplying products and services at competitive prices, demonstrating reliability to deliver on commitments and working for the long term on the basis of continuous improvement and innovation.
