Soft market testing for a new case management system

Renfrewshire Council is in the process of reviewing their current Case Management System for Advice Works Services. This review includes researching other products to build our knowledge of available case management system on the market that can best support the Advice Works Service and our customers. Renfrewshire Council is conducting soft market testing and are seeking suppliers to complete the attached questionnaire to assess suitability. Renfrewshire Council is in the process of reviewing our current Case Management System for Advice Works Services. This review includes researching other products to build our knowledge of available case management system that can best support the Advice Works Service and our customers. Renfrewshire Council Advice Works Service provides welfare rights, financial and debt advice services to the residents of Renfrewshire and are part of the Renfrewshire Advice Partnership. To allow the Council to manage the advice works service for their customers and improve their journey, a case management system is critical to this service to allow staff to progress a case efficiently by (but not limited to:) - Creating individual cases within the system. - Tracking a case from initial contact through all the stages of debt and welfare rights process to final outcome, - Record outcomes, such as financial wellbeing/capability. - Upload and store relevant documents relating to individual cases. - Enable Council staff to customise reports. The Council is aware that there are many Case Management System on the market, however the aim of this soft market testing is to allow the Council to to soft market test the Supplies in the market to provide an off the shelf case management system for debt and welfare rights and money advice. Further information and questions relating to this soft market testing are attached in the document titled: "soft market testing for case management system" The Council is seeking relevant suppliers to review and respond to the questions and return by the 6th July 2023. Please note this is not a tender exercise and the Council is not looking for a quote at this time. This soft market testing is to assist the Council in gathering information about the market and is not any form of a tendering exercise.
