1341 - The school has been heavily vandalised and is in a very dangerous state and has signs of asbestos. Building has had previously fire damage. 1 x bungalow, 1 x main building and 5 outbuildings. The buildings have crittall and plastic window frames making it hard to drill into there is also heavy overgrowth all around the buildings which we will need cut back. (Not costed.) Also, glass has been smashed on upper floors making this a high risk of falling glass. Before the team enters within the site, I will require an asbestos report on all buildings and bungalow at entrance of site. Securing all ground floor and vulnerable openings. Including front flat roof all outbuildings to be secure no doors. All including installation, labour and travel. All including Security Bolts. All including site inspection on security of properties and MAPS units every 3 months.
