Tender description
Which phase the project is in Live Existing team There are currently three teams within ProtectUK one uploading content, one supporting platform functionaility liaising between the supplier and the customer (CTPHQ) and a Communications and Marketing team. Address where the work will be done Assumed London but can be based anywhere (but must be able to travel to London during agreed periods). Working arrangements Suppliers will be expected to work remotely or on their premises. Working arrangements will follow a hybrid approach with suppliers working on-site and remotely. On-site delivery partner resources will conform to prevailing CTP rules & procedures. Expenses will conform to CTP internal policies and will not be payable within the M25. Provide more information about your security requirements: Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) Provide more information about your security requirements (optional): Staff involved with the delivery of the Contract shall be vetted / willing to be vetted to a level commensurate with the highest Classification of CTP-related assets (e.g. information, software) to which they could have access. For this contract CTC clearance will be the highest level of vetting required. Latest start date 2023-09-17 Enter the expected contract length: 2 years Extension period: 1 year Are you prepared to show your budget details?: No Confirm if you require a contracted out service or supply of resource Supply of resource: the off-payroll rules may apply Summary of work The Authority is looking for a supplier to provide support for the current system and ad-hoc works to develop the platform over the duration of the contract (any potential further development of the platform is still to be agreed). Potential bidders will be expected to:- Provide support for a system of systems website that relies on the following: - Drupal Content Management System providing timely and authoritative information, advice and guidance; - Opignio Learning Management System for learners to access and track learning to enhance knowledge and awareness; -Targeted messaging, via email and SMS, to users who opt in, to alert users to new threats, risks and content; - Jitsi webinar capability and forums (through Drupal) to allow the exchange of information, guidance and good practice that allows others to learn from experience and from peer to peer advice and guidance; - Matomo to provide meaningful metrics to the ProtectUK teams to manage and monitor the effectiveness of the system and to enhance the products and services offered. Also system metrics such as the number of incidents, problems and changes per month, fix rates (response and resolution times) and trends; Provide 2nd and 3rd line support Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm; Support a secure, fully hosted (AWS cloud based) service offering which is scalable, both up and down in nature.
