Summary of works - Rainwater gutters and downpipes are blocked or damaged in various locations at Rivers House, Bridgwater. It is a common occurrence for the gutters to overflow. We have identified 5 target areas that will require further investigation and a review of the gutter flow capacity and remedial works will be required. The property - The property is a two-storey office building, with 5 areas that are located at the back of the property. Photos and a Map of these areas are provided as attachments, but we welcome site inspection visits by appointment.
