Tender description
This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to a project to establish a Contract for the Provision of Estates (Property) Management Services for the Inovo Building (2024-28) (UOS-25093-2023) at the University of Strathclyde. This contract will include, however, will not be limited to; - estate management, including inspections, services, employment of external staff, insurance, applications of consent, estate records, vacant property, general advice, and reporting; and - accounting procedures, including rent collection, payments, payments on account, reporting, and banking.
