Provision of a Cloud Based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for the Mental Health Commission

Lot 1: The Mental Health Commission is seeking tenders for the Provision of an Integrated Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that will automate and streamline the efficiency of HR processes, providing real-time information and support (via a helpdesk), enabling the HR team to monitor and manage all aspects of the employee life cycle from hiring through to retirement. The MHC believes that the system /solution would be best suited by an ‘out of box/off the shelf’ solution with minimal configuration and limited (or no) additional development to deliver the specified requirements. The proposed system /solution must provide an easy-to-use intuitive interface which offers ease of navigation and requires minimum training and or support.
