Emergency works consisting of existing roof repairs which include but are not limited to resurfacing the roof with EPDM membrane covering, in certain arias new flat roof structure, and new rainwater hoppers and downpipes connected to existing surface water sewer. Associated external and internal refurbishments throughout. Damaged by works areas internal and external made good.
