Limerick Murroe Wood Park CLG, a not-for-profit voluntary organisation, invite interested parties to view lettable space at our new Community Building in Murroe Village, Co. Limerick. Murroe village is located 16 km east of Limerick City on the R506 Limerick-Cappamore Road and just 13km/15 minute drive from the University of Limerick and the National Technology Park. As our fantastic new state of the art community building and plaza nears completion, the time is right for interested parties to view the following spaces: 1. Commercial Kitchen, 72 m2. 2. Café Space, 105 m2. 3. Multipurpose Room, 33 m2. 4. Function Room 1, 33 m2. 5. Function Room 2, 16.50 m2. 6. Office Suite 1, 32 m2 7. Office Suite 2, 46 m2. 8. Scout Hall/Multi-purpose space, 69 m2. 9. Gym, 175 m2 (Each space will be available on an individual lease) This Expressions of Interest process will involve 4 stages: 1. Viewings of lettable space by appointment. 2. Following the viewings, interested parties will be asked to attend an interview at a later date. (Shortlisting may be implemented). 3. Interested parties submit their proposal for assessment by MWP and our advisors. 4. Selection of tenants for each space and execution of lease. It is intended to conclude the viewings during July 2023 and proceed with the next steps without delay thereafter.
