However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. LSTM Group is based in Liverpool, with a number of UK and Overseas subsidiaries. The purpose of this project is to implement a new Current Research Information System that can support a multi entity global operation working in Education and Research.
