Tender description

Warrington Borough Council (the "Council") is inviting tender submissions for two distinct lots as part of a procurement exercise aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities across the organisation. The aim of the Council’s overall leadership offer is: ‘To develop capable, confident and empowered leaders who make a positive impact across the organisation through their own actions, and by inspiring others, which in turn makes a positive difference to Warrington’s communities’. The procurement will be split between 2 lots: Lot 1 is for delivery of a Leadership Development Programme while Lot 2 seeks the commissioning of a Coaching Support Service. Providers can bid on both or either lot. The contract will be for a minimum duration of one year with the option to extend for another one year following an assessment of the success and impact of the services for the first year.
