Warrington Borough Council is responsibility for the inspection and maintenance of its Highways Network as detailed in the Councils Highway Safety Inspection Policy, which takes a risk based approach. Safety inspections are undertaken by Highway Inspectors and the council is seeking a training provider to deliver Highway Safety Inspector Training that covers the City and Guilds 6033 highway inspection and monitoring units 301 and 311 and enable inspector to register with the Institute of Highways Engineers.
