Basildon Borough Council (BBC) is preparing a new Local Plan that will set out the vision and framework for the future development of the borough. New evidence is therefore required to support the development of the new Local Plan, to ensure that the Local Plan is robust and found sound at examination Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
