ENQEIR842 - Splunk SIEM Support and Licencing Partner

Tender description

EirGrid has a requirement for a Splunk SIEM Support and Licencing Partner. The partner will be expected to cover all the following but not limited to: Licence renewal services, provide additional licence services, provide Splunk Infrastructure and platform support services, provide application, and add on support services, platform migration support services, provide support for both on premises and cloud deployments of Splunk SIEM, provide annual health check reviews and an ability to provide consultancy and design services where required. Eirgrid Group has an on-premises Splunk deployment that covers multiple geographical sites and multiple domains. Lot 1: EirGrid has a requirement for a Splunk SIEM Support and Licencing Partner.
