Tender description

Scope of works: Distribution boards in Fish Lab building to be replaced with new boards and a rewire. Upon completion of works leave site clean, tidy and ensure all repairs are in working order. Prior to any works commencing the Contractor will provide COSHH data sheets with the task specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). RAMS should take into account task risks and site related risks, including those identified by the DEFRA Client. All work carried out by the contractor should comply with the DEFRA approved code of practice regarding health, safety and wellbeing and to be to BS7671. We advise a site visit takes place to ensure accurate quotes are provided. Site visit dates are Monday 3 July and Tuesday 4 July. Works to be undertaken during site working hours which are Monday to Friday 09:00hrs to 16:00hrs. All on site procedures to be followed. All waste to be taken off site.
