Conversion of Two Double Deck Buses into Mobile Youth Centres

Sandwell MBC (the Council) sought a vehicle conversion specialist to undertake the conversion of two new ADL Enviro400 double deck buses. Both vehicles will be acting as a focal contact point for the youth of Sandwell, working across the borough allowing Sandwell MBC to carry out vital youth work whilst offering access to games consoles, music production equipment and IT suites. The successful supplier will also be required to design, in consultation with key officers at the Council, two exterior designs that the young people of Sandwell will vote on their favourite.
