Tender description

HES requires media monitoring services (print and online), broadcast monitoring and evaluation and analysis of the monitored media. Press monitoring – Monitoring of specified keywords and topics within print content. The quote should cover 500 pieces of press coverage a month. Online Monitoring – Monitoring of news website content that includes specified keywords and topics, including monitoring of non-written content such as infographics and imagery. Broadcast Monitoring – Monitoring content on television, radio and web broadcasts that includes specified keywords and topics. Provision of a twice daily email detailing coverage with short summary of article content. (100 to 150 words). These should be in a semblance of order with the HES mentions first and stories grouped together. Emails to be delivered by 8am and 2pm. Evaluation and Analysis – The ability to undertake evaluation and analysis of the results of media monitoring via an online dashboard detailing volume, reach, impressions, OTS/H, sentiment, publication, share of voice etc. Search – the ability to search for historic media coverage on HES or other relevant organisations and topics. The quote should cover 350 search terms per month. Support – access to out of hours help facility and ability to scale up frequency of coverage during a crisis. This material needs to be reported on a regular basis and we are keen that an overview of evaluation packages and supporting costs is returned as part of this tender. NLA – Advice on cost of license to help keep costs to a minimum. The total value of the contract will not exceed 25,000 (excluding VAT). Any submission with a cost exceeding this will be marked as a non-compliant tender and will not be scored.
