Cadent's Mobility Estate: Field Force and Corporate

Cadent has c.6500 employees across mainland UK covering 5 regional networks (North West, West Mids, East Mids, East of England, North London). Most employees are issued a company mobile handset for making/receiving calls and accessing corporate applications. There are also some data only devices (scanners, lifts, tablets, barriers etc) and MiFi devices. Cadent IT manage devices and any faulty devices within the warranty period are managed directly with the supplier by the end user and out of warranty faults are managed by the Cadent IT team.
