Tender description

Clarion Housing Group (CHG) is conducting a procurement process to appoint three suppliers for asbestos surveying & air monitoring and three suppliers for asbestos removals & remedial works. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Surveys & air monitoring in North London Provision of Asbestos Surveys; air testing and monitoring; collection and analysis of bulk samples; and survey re-inspections, in accordance with industry standards and recognised good practice. To include all properties within the M25 (North) and North of the river Thames (26,920 properties). To include all properties in the North, Midlands. East Anglia, South Central and South West England (47,024 properties). Lot 3: Lot 3 - Asbestos surveys & air monitoring in South London and South East England The provision of Asbestos Surveys; air testing and monitoring; collection and analysis of bulk samples; and survey re-inspections, in accordance with industry standards and recognised good practice. To include all properties within the M25 (South) and South of the River Thames, along with the South East (Kent and Sussex) (64,630 properties). Lot 4: Lot 4 - Asbestos removals and remedial work in North London The provision of Asbestos Removal and Remedial Works to all parts of all buildings owned by or in the management of any part of Clarion Housing Group in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. To include all properties within the M25 and North of the river Thames (26,920 properties).
