Tender description

Waverley Borough Council (WBC) intends to commission a specialist building surveying or similar consultancy firm to carry out an up-to-date stock condition survey of their housing portfolio, to update the data held and provide a more accurate assessment of current condition, defects / backlog repairs and forecast maintenance / investment requirements, based on current actual rather than assumed condition. Lot 1: This tender is being run following the Open procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, 2015 No. 102, PART 2, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 3, Regulation 27).
