The successful tenderer will be required to provide a comprehensive catering service to the school community. It is intended to award a contract to a single service provider. The school requires the provision of healthy, balanced, and nutritious catering service to students and staff at affordable prices. A high quality, flexible and responsive service is required combined with continuous improvement and innovation for the 33 weeks of the year on which the school operates (School calendar will be issued to the successful tenderer). Users of the canteen will be mainly comprised from the student (female) population but will include teaching and ancillary staff and authorised visitors to the school.
