Lot 3: The Provision Of a Regional Homeless Engagement Substance Team The overarching aim will be to help improve access to treatment for people who sleep rough in London. The emphasis is on supporting steps that improve the person’s readiness to access a substance misuse treatment and recovery service. The Service delivers support to people who seep rough who are referred for help. The referrers in the first instance will be London LAs but additional referral routes may develop over the life of the project.
