PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A SOFT MARKET TEST ONLY TO ASSIST HALTON BOROUGH COUNCIL WITH RESEARCH AND PREPARATION AND IS NOT A FORMAL TENDER Halton Borough Council is currently considering options for a replacement Leisure Management System (LMS) and testing the market to establish suitable suppliers to provide this service. The new Leisure Management System will help to support the delivery and management of activities available in our Leisure and Community Centres, including our new Centre due to open early 2025, to service all residents and visitors across Halton Borough Council.
