Sensory Service – Vision Loss Holistic Service Soft Market Testing Questionnaire

Tender description

Liverpool City Council will shortly be going out to tender for services which support individuals with needs relating to Vision Loss. The support provided will ensure service users needs are met in a person centred and holistic way. This will enable them to live as independently as possible and to manage their own existing and anticipated needs in relation to Sight Impairment. Support will include but is not limited to: • Rehabilitation and Equipment provision • Information, Advice and Signposting • Practical support • Community support • Emotional support • Carer support • Building and Community based activities • Health and Wellbeing activities • Facilitation of peer support and Social activities These services will apply to adults living in Liverpool.
