The Education Procurement Service is issuing this request for tenders (“RFT”) as a central purchasing body for use by Framework Clients. This Competition relates to the Supply of Library Goods (i.e. printed books, eBooks, standing orders and related materials) to the Higher Education Sector. The framework agreement will be divided into Seven (7) lots. Lot 1: English Language Monographs The Education Procurement Service is issuing this request for tenders (“RFT”) as a central purchasing body for use by Framework Clients.
