Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Sustainability Related Consultancy Services

This RFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to provide advisory services directly to manufacturing business’s through Irish Manufacturing Research’s programme and to support Irish Manufacturing Research in the development and implementation of this programme, with the objective of concluding a total of Six (6) Frameworks of experts comprising categories or ‘Lots’, as follows: • Lot 1 - Energy Related Services • Lot 2 - Circular Economy Related Services • Lot 3 - Water Related Services • Lot 4 - Sustainability Related Services • Lot 5 - Project Delivery Experts • Lot 6 - Communication & Events Related Services The Framework operators will be responsible for assisting in delivering IMR’s supports to its industry clients through direct engagement with manufacturing organizations. These supports will be delivered through a support framework based on best practices in sustainable manufacturing using both standard and non-standard services. Lot 1: Energy Related Services Lot 1 focuses on IMR energy division, the services required are centred around design, energy efficient system and renewable systems. Please refer to separate competency matrix for more details. Lot 2: Circular Economy Related Services Lot 2 is related to IMR’s circular economy client services. As companies look to transition from a linear to a circular business model a wide variety of support will be required. The services required will range from assessments, to legislative to technical to get secondary materials back into the value chain. Please refer to separate competency matrix for more details. Lot 3: Water Related Services Lot 3 is related to our water service for industry. The services required range from lab analysis of water samples to assessment support to reporting to training Please refer to separate competency matrix for more details. Lot 4: Sustainability Related Services Lot 4 is centred around supporting our clients on sustainability reporting. Services range from life cycle assessment to carbon reporting to sustainability reporting and training. Please refer to separate competency matrix for more details. Lot 5: Project Delivery Experts Lot 5 requires a range of services that will support Irish manufacturing research in project delivery. The services range from project scoping, planning and proposal writing to execution, there is also a requirement for bespoke support from a legislative and tax perspective. Lot 6: Communication & Events Related Services Lot 6 requires services, technology and equipment to support a wide range of communication and event management activities ranging from webinars to workshop to members network days to international conferences.
