Tender description
Please note that this project is subject to funding. For further information please refer to documentation available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie Resource ID 1926611. It is proposed to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement of Contractors for unplanned or emergency demolition and associated works, subject to a sufficient number of suitable tenderers being identified. These works may include making safe dangerous buildings, structures (including protected structures), or places as a result of fire storm, flood, accident, ground subsidence or other means. The work may be in relation to Dublin City Council's own buildings, arising from the Councils duties under the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act 1964. The contractors will be required to carry out necessary assessment of the works and prepare an emergency works solution including temporary works design, structural design or asbestos removal and mobilise crews to make safe the building / dangerous item.
