Tender description

Lot 1: The laboratory is tendering for the provision of an analytical system for the measurement of the functional ability of von Willebrand Factor (VWF) to bind platelets. Lot 2: The laboratory is tendering for the provision of an automated analytical system for the measurement of the functional ability of von Willebrand Factor (VWF) to bind collagen. Lot 3 The laboratory is tendering for the provision of an analytical system for the measurement of ADAMTS-13 activity (A Disintegrin and Metalloproteinase with a thrombospondin type 1 motif member 13). A deficiency of ADAMTS-13 is found in pathological states including Thrombotic Microangiopathies such as Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP).
