Housing First Support Service

Tender description

The purpose of this market research questionnaire is to gather information which will be used to engage and understand the marketplace while informing the procurement strategy which will allow West Dunbartonshire Council to appoint a supplier to provide Housing First Support. We are also interested in procuring, block support for set clients already in our in house support team West Dunbartonshire Council covers Clydebank, Dumbarton and Alexandria. We currently has 51 active Housing First service users. We have more demand for the service but are currently at full capacity. We are looking to explore the option of procuring housing first support service from the third sector for groups of service users. This is to provide to options to help assist while there are changes of staff and give an option to expand the service where demand and funds allow. This will allow us to operate a hybrid service with both internal housing support workers and the third sector also providing housing first support.
