Tender description

Large former car workshop building. Demolish building down to ground level and backfill service pit. Scaffolding will be required to the front and side elevations during demolition as building fronts onto public highways. Introduce palisade fencing to front and side. Foundations and floor slabs to be retained. Crushed planings to be introduced to parts of the site.
