e-ITT for the provision of Open Space Enhancement Works at Ashington Park, New Milton Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12.00 NOON, 12th JULY 2023 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) The project will enhance the existing Public Open Space by resurfacing footpaths, creating new footpaths along existing desire lines, and provide a new stream crossing. Seating will be introduced along the footpath. The access points will be enhanced through clearing vegetation, signage and restoring the grass verge (to enhance biodiversity) and bringing the woodland back into positive management. The land is managed on a long lease to New Milton Town Council (NMTC), consent to work on the land and to undertake ongoing maintenance and management has been granted through NMTC.
